I got the reference to this site from TipMonkies today.John Haller has posted a detailed explanation of how to get the Internet Explorer look to the firefox in his site athttp://johnhaller.com/jh/mozilla/firefox_internet_explorer/I tried this already and it is working fine. People who are interested can give it a try.

”సార్‌! పేపర్లో మా మనవరాలి ఫోటో వేశారు. ఆ శవం ఎక్కడుందో కాస్త చెబుతారా. వెళ్లి తీసుకుంటాం”

”హైదరాబాద్‌ గాంధీ ఆస్పత్రిలోనో, గుంటూరు ప్రభుత్వాసుపత్రిలోనో ఉంటుంది. వెళ్ళి కనుక్కోండి”

- రావులపాలెం నుంచి వచ్చిన ఓ కుటుంబానికి అధికారులిచ్చిన సమాధానమిది.

”ప్లీజ్‌ సార్‌! ఒక్కసారి అధికారుల్ని కలవనివ్వండి. మా మావయ్య కనిపించడం లేదు. వెళ్ళి అడుగుతా”

”ఇక్కడెవ్వరూ లేరు. హైదరాబాద్‌లోనో, గుంటూరులోనో వెళ్ళి చూడండి”

”రెండు చోట్లకూ వెళ్లి వచ్చాం సార్‌! ఏమీ తెలియలేదు”

”ఇక్కడేమీ లేదు. వెళ్ళండయ్యా”

- గుంటూరు నుంచి వచ్చిన మరో కుటుంబానికి పోలీసులిచ్చిన జవాబిది. ప్రమాదం జరిగి 36 గంటలు గడిచినా ఇంటి నుంచి బయలుదేరిన బంధుమిత్రులు ఏమయ్యారో తెలియక ఆందోళన చెందుతున్నవారికి సంఘటన స్థలంలో ఎదురవుతున్న అనుభవాలివి.

అక్కడ పది ఫోన్లున్నా డిపార్టుమెంటు పనులకే వాడుతున్నారు. భారీ ఎత్తున సిబ్బంది ఉన్నా అధికారుల వెంట కుర్చీలు, నీళ్ళ బాటిళ్ళు పట్టుకుని తిరగటానికే ప్రాధాన్యమిస్తున్నారు. కొందరైతే… పుట్టెడు దుఃఖంతో అక్కడికొస్తున్న బాధితుల బంధుమిత్రులకు పక్కా పోలీసు భాషలో సమాధానమిస్తూ వెనక్కి తోసేస్తున్నారు. నల్గొండ గొల్నెపల్లి కల్వర్టు దగ్గర డెల్టా ఫాస్ట్‌ ప్యాసింజర్‌ రైలు పట్టాలు తప్పిన నేపథ్యంలో ఆదివారం అక్కడ నెలకొన్న పరిస్థితికి పై దృశ్యాలన్నీ నిలువుటద్దాలు.

దుర్ఘటన స్థలాన్ని చూసేందుకు చుట్టుపక్కల గ్రామస్థులు ఆదివారం తండోపతండాలుగా వచ్చారు. కొందరైతే బాధితుల ఒంటిపై నగలు, సూట్‌కేసులు దొరుకుతాయేమోనని ‘వెదకటానికే’ వచ్చారు. అక్కడ సీఆర్‌పీఎఫ్‌, ర్యాఫ్‌, పోలీసు బలగాలన్నీ పెద్ద ఎత్తున ఉండటంతో… వారెవ్వరినీ దగ్గరకు రాకుండా అరకిలోమీటర్‌ దూరంలోనే ఆపేస్తున్నారు. కాకపోతే తమ వారేమయ్యారో తెలియక దూర ప్రాంతాల నుంచి ఏడుస్తూ వస్తున్న వారిని సైతం వీళ్ళిలాగే ఆపేస్తూ వెనక్కి పంపేస్తుండటం ఇబ్బందికరంగా మారింది. అలా వచ్చిన వారికి అధికారులుగానీ, సిబ్బందిగానీ సరైన సమాచారం కూడా ఇవ్వటం లేదు. మృతదేహాలను హైదరాబాద్‌, గుంటూరు, నల్గొండ ఆసుపత్రులకు తరలించగా… ఎవరి మృతదేహం ఎక్కడికి తరలించారనే కనీస సమాచారమూ ఇక్కడి వారిదగ్గర లేదు. శవాలను తరలించిన ఆసుపత్రుల వారితో మాట్లాడి… కనీసం గుర్తించిన మృతదేహాల తాలూకు సమాచారమైనా వీరు తెలుసుకుని ఉండాల్సింది. అదేమీ లేకపోవటంతో పుట్టెడు దుఃఖంతో వచ్చిన బాధితుల బంధువుల్ని కసిరేసి వెనక్కి పంపించటం ఒక్కటే వీరు సమర్థంగా చేయగలిగారు. తెనాలి నుంచి వచ్చిన ఓ యువకుడిని ఇలాగే కసిరేస్తే ఆయన నిస్సహాయంగా ఏడవటం తప్ప ఏమీ చేయలేకపోయాడు. ”చూడండి సార్‌! మా అన్నయ్య ఏమయ్యాడో ఇప్పటికీ తెలియటం లేదు. ఎవరినడిగినా ఇలా…” అంటూ విలేకరుల వద్ద వాపోయాడు. ఈయనదే కాదు. ఇక్కడికొచ్చిన అందరిదీ దాదాపు ఇదే ఆవేదన.

హైదరాబాద్‌కు చెందిన లలిత(21), ఆమె కుమారుడు, తల్లిదండ్రులు, తన అక్క కూతురు మొత్తం అయిదుగురు ఈ రైల్లో వెళుతూ ప్రమాదానికి గురయ్యారు. లలిత తండ్రి ఒక్కరే బయటపడ్డారు. మిగిలిన నలుగురూ మరణించగా… మూడేళ్ళ ఆమె తనయుడి ఫోటో ఆదివారం ‘ఈనాడు’లో ప్రచురితమైంది. అది చూసి రావులపాలెం నుంచి తాతయ్య, నాయినమ్మ సంఘటన స్థలానికి వచ్చారు. ‘సార్‌! ఈ ఫోటోలో బాబు మా మనవడే? శవం ఎక్కడుందో చెబితే తీసుకుంటాం’ అని అడిగారు. హైదరాబాద్‌ గాంధీ మార్చురీలో ఉందని ఒక అధికారి, గుంటూరు ప్రభుత్వాసుపత్రికి పంపించామని మరొక అధికారి చెప్పారు. మరొకరైతే రెండు చోట్లకూ వెళ్ళి చూడమన్నారు. వచ్చినవారిలో ఎక్కువమంది నిరక్షరాస్యులే కావటంతో అధికారులవైపు జాలిగా చూస్తూ… అక్కడే గంట సేపు నిల్చుని వెళ్ళిపోయారు. సంఘటన స్థలంలో పోలీసులు, సీఆర్‌పీఎఫ్‌, రాపిడ్‌ యాక్షన్‌ ఫోర్స్‌, రైల్వే ప్రొటెక్షన్‌ ఫోర్స్‌… మొత్తం కలిపి సుమారు 300 మంది ఉన్నారు. రైల్వే అధికారులు, పోలీసు ఉన్నతాధికారులు, ఆర్‌ఎస్‌ఎస్‌ వాలంటీర్లు పదుల సంఖ్యలో ఉన్నారు. కిందిస్థాయి సిబ్బందిలో చాలా మంది అధికారుల సేవలకే ప్రాధాన్యమిచ్చారు.

ఇక్కడా రాబందులున్నారు

వరద ఉద్ధృతి తగ్గటంతో శనివారంరాత్రి కొందరికి అక్కడక్కడ చిక్కుకున్న సూట్‌కేసులు, మెడల నుంచి జారిన నగలు, వాచీలు, నగదు దొరికాయి. అది తెలిసి సమీప ప్రాంతాల నుంచి చాలామంది ఈ ‘వెదుకులాటకు’ వచ్చారు. చిన్న గొడ్డళ్లను, కత్తులను తెచ్చి తుప్పలు కొట్టి మరీ వెదికారు. ఇది తెలిసి పోలీసులు వారిని తరిమేసినా… మళ్ళీ దూరంనుంచి వచ్చేవారు. ఆదివారం ఉదయం నుంచీ సాగిన ఈ దొంగాపోలీస్‌ ఆటకు సామాన్యులు బలయ్యారు. ఎందుకంటే వారిని కూడా సంఘటన స్థలం దగ్గరకు రానివ్వలేదు.

Akismet antispam Plugin for WordPress

Heared about this plugin from one of myfriends day before yesterday. Installed it and disabled all other antispam plugins. It is working like a charm. I was using Spam Karma erlier.
